Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order. Quotes are valid for the timeframe specified in the quote document, or 30 days if no timeframe is stated.
Orders and Payment
- Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Rocky Mountain Building Solutions.
- Payment terms will be established at the time of order or per your credit account agreement.
- We reserve the right to require prepayment or deposits for certain orders.
- Past-due accounts may be subject to service charges and collection efforts.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Rocky Mountain Building Solutions is not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, vehicle issues, or circumstances beyond our control. The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate site access for delivery vehicles.
Returns and Cancellations
- Standard stock items may be returned within 30 days in original condition with proof of purchase, subject to a restocking fee.
- Custom-fabricated products (including cut rebar) are non-returnable.
- Special order items are non-returnable.
- Returns must be arranged in advance by contacting us.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocky Mountain Building Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
